Michael Quinn – Director: ‘Michael has an outstanding record of achieving success for clients’ Michael is qualified in the areas of Law, Accounting and Financial Planning. As an accountant in public practice since 1998, Michael has been advising small to medium businesses and high net worth individuals in the areas of compliance, taxation, business planning, structures and business improvement. Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2001, Michael has since then practiced extensively in the areas of insolvency, general commercial litigation, building and construction litigation and taxation objections and appeals in both State and Federal superior courts. Franci Cantatore – Consultant Solicitor ‘Franci continuously earns the respect of her clients and peers through her success’ Franci manages the firm's Gold Coast office. She practices in the areas of commercial and contracts law, litigation, company law and banking and finance, as well as general law matters. Having been in the profession since 1994, Franci has had many years of court experience and has consistently achieved outstanding results for clients in the litigation process. Franci has lectured in Media Law at Griffith University, published a number of articles in national magazines and publications, and is currently in the process of completing a PhD in the field of Copyright Law at Bond University. Kathleen draws on the experiences of her career and remembers that the demands placed on her were both extreme; and extremely fair. Julie Shanahan - Legal Secretary / Administration Assistant 'Julie focuses on getting the job done efficiently and professionally' Julie's
role in the practice is varied, based on her willingness and want to learn and

she is given by clients and the like. Aside from Julie's extensive
experience as a legal secretary she also enjoys the responsibility of managing
